All initial treatments at Sacred Needle Acupuncture & Healing Arts are 90 minutes long. This gives me enough time to do a thorough health history, listen to your health concerns, create an effective treatment plan, provide an acupuncture treatment, and possibly make an herbal formula if it is indicated and desired.

If this is your first time ever experiencing any type of acupuncture, it's normal to feel a little nervous. You might want to check out the Frequently Asked Questions, or feel free to ask me any questions you might have during the session. During your session, I'm happy to talk you through every step of the treatment so you feel comfortable and there are no surprises.

 

Make sure that you wear (or bring) comfortable clothes to your session. Athleisure or loose-fitting clothing are great, as these make evaluation and treatment easier. If there is a particular area you want treated, plan ahead for how you can feel comfortably clothed while ensuring that I can still reach this area.
